The short request on our contact page (three questions) does not send or store anything. It only prepares an email in your own email program, addressed to us, using your answers. Nothing reaches us until you press send there.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you and to assess whether and how we can help. Our mailbox is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. We keep an enquiry only as long as needed to handle it and to meet legal obligations, then delete it. We do not pass enquiries to third parties for their own purposes.
Email is not end-to-end encrypted. Please keep your first message short and do not include privileged or highly sensitive information.
This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. Like every web server, it records technical data when a page is requested (for example IP address, date and time, and the page requested) to keep the site secure and running. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and loads no content from third-party servers. Fonts and images are served from this site.
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection you may ask us for access to your data, and for correction or deletion of it, or object to how we use it. Write to confidential@chotei.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
